Calamondin: Citrus mitis

Calamondin
a.k.a. Kalamansi or Philippine Lime. A spectacular ornamental bearing hundreds of small, bright orange fruit. Sweet-tasting, easy to peel rind covers juicy, sour flesh. Very cold hardy shrub is nearly thornless. Excellent for use as a hedge. Self-fertile.

Eureka Lemon
The leading commercial variety. An excellent true lemon with a bright yellow rind. Juicy, acidic flesh has few to no seeds. Nearly thornless plant makes an excellent espalier. Self-fertile.

Improved Meyer Lemon
The favorite lemon of home gardeners. Large, rounded fruit has a thin, yellow-orange rind. Flesh is sweeter and less acidic than that of a true lemon. Excellent for use in cooking. Cold hardy, nearly thornless plant makes a great espalier, hedge, or container specimen. Self-fertile.

Pink Lemonade Lemon
a.k.a. Variegated Eureka. A unique, variegated lemon. Juicy, acidic, nearly seedless flesh is pale pink when fully ripe. Fruit has variegated rind that turns yellow when ripe. Foliage is variegated green and ivory. Makes a handsome landscape shrub. Self-fertile

Pomona Sweet Lemon
